Policies:
All damaged items are to be reported within 48 hours of receipt of delivery. all damaged items are to be returned with or in the same packaging the item was posted in. On receipt of returned item a replacement will be posted out same or next working day. Under the Distance selling regulations 2000
All items that do not meet the customers expectation should be emailed within 7 days of receipt of delivery, notify use of the customers dissatisfaction, and item should then be returned within 14 days of payment. All returned postage cost in this case will be payed by the customer and a 10% return fee will be deducted off the refund for this item to cover the administration costs.
